Ambra Watkins is an influential leader in both the Project Management (PM) and Organizational Change Management (OCM) fields. She has successfully led large-scale projects through complex implementations, delivering results on time and on budget. As a results-driven leader, Ambra understands organizational objectives and competing priorities to manage and implement strategic and tactical plans effectively and efficiently.
With a PMP and experience in project and program management, Ambra effectively balances talent and resources, manages risk, incorporates change management techniques, and identifies opportunities for cost savings and continuous improvement. With a Prosci certification, a CCMP, and a background in OCM, Ambra applies a forward-thinking industry perspective, clearly articulating the organization’s vision and effectively managing expectations.
Ambra has worked globally and led US-based projects utilizing an offshore model. As a speaker, author, and technical writer, she is a strong liaison and communicator who ensures effective coordination and collaboration. Ambra quickly gains client trust as she orchestrates project design, testing, timelines, and operational planning and evaluation in support of key initiatives.
