The Prime contractor requires ongoing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assist in all facets of Health Care Innovations as it develops and implements new contracts to provide the TRICARE benefit. The innovation facets include pre-award requirements development through post-award analysis of health care delivery models.

Additionally, the Prime contractor requires assistance with skill mix recommendations and development of management strategies and tools.

In support of our Prime contractor, TransformCare provides:

• Advice, strategy and support for standup activities

• Development of management tools

• Advisory support for stakeholder engagement

• Support relationship growth through business development and strategy efforts
