Gabriella Diskin

Gabriella (Gabi) Diskin was drawn to TransformCare because of her dedication to improving healthcare access to populations and communities around her. She joined the company as a Consultant in 2023 and is excited by the opportunity to apply her health policy educational background to contract work with TransformCare and the government. Originally from Virginia Beach, VA she received her BA in Public Policy from the University of Virginia (Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy) and is currently pursuing an MSPH in Public Health Policy and Management from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Gabi’s interest in public health work has stemmed from internships and volunteering opportunities in both local and global communities, clinics, and hospitals. She is driven to improve healthcare inequities and barriers to access for all populations but has a particular passion for maternal and child health.
