Michael Rainone, MSPH

Michael Rainone joined TransformCare as a Senior Consultant in 2022 with a passion for improving health outcomes and quality of life for diverse populations. Michael has applied his skills and knowledge in health policy, services research, and organizational strategy to various projects within federal, private, public, and international settings. He conducts research in various areas of interest, including older adult health, long-term services and supports (LTSS), chronic disease, disability, eligibility, and community health system integration. He has contributed to published work in academic journals such as Cell, Nature, and EBioMedicine. Michael holds an MSPH in Public Health Policy and Management from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, a BA in Public Health, and a minor in Philosophy with honors from Muhlenberg College, and is currently pursuing a DrPH degree at San Diego State University in Executive Management.
