Tim Freehof, JD, MHA

Tim Freehof is a seasoned healthcare leader and administrator with over a decade of experience driving clinical and operational transformations, consistently delivering enhanced value to clients and their patients. As a Manager at TransformCare, Tim has established a robust partnership with the Veteran Health Administration (VHA). Working closely with the VHA, he played an instrumental role in optimizing and accelerating their journey towards High Reliability Optimization (HRO) through developing and implementing the HRO optimization model and change management maturity framework.

This collaboration, in tandem with his expertise, has been vital in guiding the VHA to harness the benefits of their expansive enterprise-wide projects, which include refining access-to-care protocols, seamlessly integrating state-of-the-art technologies, and optimizing core processes.

Further amplifying his contributions to the healthcare sector, Tim has hands-on experience developing multi-specialty physician practices and clinics from inception, leading regional clinical quality improvement and clinical integration programs. His roles across major health systems, academic medical centers, and integrated physician practices spotlight his versatility and significant impact. With every project, Tim's unwavering commitment to excellence ensures that clients remain at the forefront of healthcare transformation.

Tim holds a JD from the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, an MHA from the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Florida State University.
