Tim Link, MHCDS

Tim Link joined TransformCare as a Senior Manager in 2023. Tim has dedicated the last 13+ years to simplifying healthcare in a wide variety of settings ranging from military healthcare to private insurance. Tim is a results-oriented professional with a proven track record of delivering high-value initiatives at the organizations he supports. With strengths in leadership, strategic planning, process improvement, data analysis, and team management, Tim is committed to making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry and building innovations that transform the way care is delivered. Tim started his career leading a variety of healthcare redesign initiatives within Navy Medicine (BUMED). At the time of his departure, he was responsible for $10M+ in performance improvement initiatives throughout Navy Medicine. He then spent time at UnitedHealthcare, where his roles included product analytics, business process redesign, strategic initiative execution, and product management. Tim was the lead of the organization’s strategic priority for digital customer engagement at the time of his departure. Throughout his career, he has successfully led cross-functional teams and delivered impactful projects to drive positive change in all aspects of the healthcare industry (payor and provider). Tim holds a Master’s in Healthcare Delivery Science (MHCDS) from Dartmouth College and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan.
